Job Description – CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE EXPRESS PAINTING
Job Title: - Customer Executive
Division: - Express Painting
Department: - Business Development
Salary: - Rs 18,000 PM + Rs 4,000 as Marketing Working Allowance + Incentives (Quarterly + scheme based). 20K base salary can be considered for a meritorious candidate.
Reports To: - 3P role reporting to XP Supervisor or Business Development Officer

Position Overview: - Individuals in this role will be tasked with meeting customers requiring painting services in their homes, convincing them of the benefits of using the company’s services and converting them. They will be required to ensure that the service is then executed by a team of painters, supervising them as required such that the brand’s promise to the customer is met. They will be evaluated on their ability to convert customers (as measured by metrics such as Lead Conversion%) and to satisfy them (As measured by a NPS/CSAT%). To deliver on their tasks, they need to collaborate with the other stakeholders like Painting Contractors, Berger Dealers/retailers and the retail sales team of Berger Paints.
Functional Responsibilities: -
· Servicing all enquiries within company TAT and delivering service quality as defined by the company.
· Providing at-home consultancy to customers, converting, supervising, and servicing these leads such that the customer is highly satisfied.
· Developing a pool of quality painting contractors to work on these leads.
Education Qualification: - Post graduate/Graduate from any background
Location: - Kolkata, Barasat, Siliguri
Required Experience/Skills: -
· Presentable with good Interpersonal skills, Persuasion-Language-Communication skills.
· Service oriented and customer friendly.
· Sales experience in paints and building material industry is an added advantage. Freshers can also apply
· Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building Materials /Financial Services – Credit Cards/Insurance sales; Asian Paints/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Urban Company/ Livspace / Homelane/ Aapka Painter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware
· Ready to travel within city and having two-wheeler along with driving license is mandatory
