Positions : Site Acquisition

Location : All Over Kolkata 

             Experience:  1-4 years of experience in Sales/ Acquisition

             Education Qualification: Graduate- Full time.

             Location: Kolkata

             Key skills:

1.            Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

2.            Good selling skills and convincing power.

3.            Positive attitude.

             JD of the role:

             Achieve Individual Targets

             Explore multiple options for New Build Sites 

             Explore and build pool of proactive options for New Build sites

             Document Collection from Landlords and follow-ups 

             Rental negotiations with Landlords in-line with Rental Band and rent policy

             Explore alternate options in case of Site Terminations

             Co-ordinate with Landlords for Lease Registration

Must have: 

•             2 wheeler & driving license as this is a purely field role.

•             Documents: must be available as BGV check is mandatory.

             Pay-band: CTC not more than 25 K per month. Offer will be subject to last CTC.

             Contract: 1 Year

             Must be a local person.
